1. How do I book?

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
We ask for at least 24 Hours notice when booking as we do get very busy, but we suggest you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You hare however welcome to call 07947 727 893 on the day to check last minute availability - This is not available via the website booking system!
3. How much does it cost?

4. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery unless otherwise advised when booking. You will also receive a blower, extension cable,and safety crash mat(s). The price also includes set up, inflation and collection.
5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.
6. Do you hire overnight?
At the moment we do not however please contact us and we can arrange a later pick up for an additional charge
7. Do I have to pay a deposit?
We do not take a deposit.
8. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, or you can pay the money into our account as long as funds are cleared 1 day before your event. Please contact us to discuss prior to the hire date.
9. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.
10. What if it rains?
Unfortunately the bouncy castles cannot be operated in really wet conditions due to safety reasons.
11. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
Unfortunately this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be possible, we will need to discuss this prior to the booking.
12. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 10 -20 minutes to set up and 20 -30minutes to pack up. This is only an estimate - times may vary depending on which castle you hire and the environment which it is being setup in.
13. How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 6 feet at the front/ rear of castle and around 3 feet either side - This is to allow access around the castle and room for the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
14. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply, as well as 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.
15. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

16. Who is responsible for the bouncy castle and electrics if it rains?
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that ALL electrical goods including extension leads are stored in a dry place if it should rain at any point during the duration of the hire.Whole lot of Bounce accepts NO responsibility for damaged electrical equipment due to negligence on the customers part.
